What’s in our bottles?

We produce wine under two labels: HKG and Hop Kiln.

HKG wines are our ultra-premium offering from estate fruit grown on 250 acres of prime Russian River Valley real estate. Our first release was the 2004 bottling of Estate Pinot Noir, and we’re proud to have garnered consistent high marks in successive vintages from credible sources like the Wine Spectator and The PinotReport.

Hop Kiln wines echo the winery's past and the popularity of Hop Kiln's traditional style:  bold, flavorful reds and fresh, bright whites.  We are pioneers in the creation of award-winning proprietary blends like Thousand Flowers, Rushin’ River, and the legendary Big Red. We also bottle a number of wine country’s inspired varietals like: Chardonnay, Sauvignon Blanc, Malbec, and Grenache.

Find our wines

HKG wines are found in specially selected restaurants but are mainly available at the winery and our HKG Tasting Room in Glen Ellen. Hop Kiln wines are distributed in 20 fine wine states.

Making an excuse to visit us at the winery is easy, as our tasting room offers a variety of unique gourmet treats that pair perfectly with our award-winning wines, as well as with the guests-only, lush picnic area that beckons just outside. Come on over, we’re open every day (with a few exceptions for holidays) from 10am to 5pm.

Visiting from San Francisco?  Stop by our HKG Tasting Room in Glen Ellen, only 1 hour from the city and taste our Estate HKG wines open Thursday- Sunday 11:00 to 6:00 pm.
