 Winemaker for Hop Kiln and HK Generations wines, Erich Bradley has New World values balanced with Old World sensibilities. Favoring ripe, full-flavored fruit, he uses production techniques inspired by traditional European winemaking: touching the wine as little as possible, gentle processing and no filtration. As winemaker, he is working with the very latest, cutting edge winemaking equipment for white and red wine production. As viticulturalist, Erich is playing an important role in realizing Hop Kiln’s owners’ vision, developing site specific vineyards at the ranch.
